Fees & value

Senior expertise without unnecessary consulting layers

Reward Associates provides direct access to experienced practitioners.

We keep delivery structures proportionate to the assignment, helping clients access senior expertise without paying for unnecessary layers of consulting resource.

Clear commercial arrangements

Fixed fees

Where scope and deliverables can be clearly defined, we normally favour fixed project fees. The proposal sets out assumptions, deliverables, timing and the agreed fee.

Day rates

Day-rate arrangements are available where flexibility or ongoing support is more appropriate, including interim leadership, workshops or evolving programmes.

Success-linked fees

For selected assignments, particularly cost optimisation reviews, an element of fees may be linked to measurable savings or outcomes where appropriate.

A proportionate delivery model

Our flexible model can provide a more cost-effective alternative to traditional large-consultancy delivery structures.

The aim is not to minimise resource at the expense of quality. It is to use the right senior practitioner, specialist support and analytical capacity for the assignment, with clear accountability throughout.

Questions we answer

Can work start with a diagnostic phase?

Yes. A focused diagnostic can clarify evidence, options and implementation risk before a larger commitment is made.

When can a success-linked fee be used?

Only where outcomes or realised savings can be defined, measured and attributed fairly. The basis is agreed in advance and is not suitable for every assignment.

Do you work alongside internal teams and other advisers?

Yes. We can lead an assignment, provide specialist input or integrate with internal HR, finance, procurement, legal and external advisers.

Discuss scope and fees

We will recommend a proportionate approach after understanding the decision, timing and support required.
